Dean Neuwirth is an appeals attorney, handling criminal appeals and civil appeals in state and federal court. Since 1999, Dean has been privileged to work one-on-one with former Colorado Supreme Court Justice Jean Dubofsky on several dozen appeals. The court opinions issued in some of those appeals have made significant changes to certain areas of Colorado law. For the years 2006-2010, Dean has been listed in the annual book publication The Best Lawyers in America (www.bestlawyers.com) for the field of appellate law.  For the years 2006-2010, Dean also has been listed in Colorado's annual "Super Lawyers" magazine (www.superlawyers.com) for the field of appellate law. Dean graduated summa cum laude and phi beta kappa from Princeton University and magna cum laude from Harvard Law School. In 1986-1987 he was privileged to serve as a law clerk to Colorado U.S. District Court Judge John L. Kane, Jr.
